Art­work files are best sent over the inter­net in a sim­ple com­mon graph­ics for­mat such as .jpg, .tif, .gif, .pcx, .png, .bmp, .eps, etc., (If you would like to sent Adobe Illus­tra­tor or Corel­Draw — please do con­vert respec­tive files to curves / or expand them first!);

Sub­mit details such as:

Size (mm or cm), No. of colours, Required Embroi­dery Machine for­mat, on which mate­r­ial you’re going to embroi­der (eg: Cap, Polo, T-Shirt, Tow­els etc).

AFTER YOUR EMBROIDERY DESIGN IS DIGITIZED:

Your fin­ished dig­i­tized design will be com­pleted and sent to you within our nor­mal time frame. Should you need the design in-house by a cer­tain date, please inform us of this at the time you place your order. Your fin­ished dig­i­tized design will be accom­pa­nied by nec­es­sary design infor­ma­tion (subject to Package Level) such as: — stitch count, esti­mated thread usage in (m), design size, No. of colours, Stitch-Out Rec­om­men­da­tions, plus any addi­tional infor­ma­tion we feel impor­tant to assist you to pro­duce a high qual­ity embroi­dery design. Pic­ture scan of design sew-out will be pro­vided for Platinum and Diamond Package Level customers only.
